What: Explore Chicago: “As one of Chicago’s favorite cabaret duos, Anne and Mark Burnell have been performing together to national and international acclaim, delighting audiences the world over with their unique jazz/pop and a cappella stylings. In this evening about the trials and tribulations of traveling, Anne and Mark embark on a musical journey through their travel scrapbook by offering up some of the best tales of their lives on the road. Directed by Daryl Nitz, and with songs by Dave Frishberg, Noel Coward, Steely Dan and more, anyone who has traveled anywhere will enjoy these tales.”

Musical Diversions with Ester Hana, presented by Play On Cabaret
What: Explore Chicago: “Ester Hana performs an exciting array of vocal and piano repertoire from around the globeas she explores her interest in cultural diversity through music. With Ladinoa from the Spanish-speaking Sephardic Jewish people, to French-Vietnamese songs, Viennese cabaret compositions and the more familiar music of tango and jazz, this eclectic evening of performance both educates and entertains.”
