Parent and Toddler Yoga, presented by Lincoln Park Zoo
Lincoln Park Zoo tells us:
Learn Animal Yoga Poses with Your Child at the Zoo
Connect to nature while exercising the body and imagination with your little one. Toddlers will practice fun animal yoga poses and also engage in activities like guided nature exploration, reading a storybook and more. After class, visit the lions, monkeys, turtles and other animals that inspire this unique, animal-themed yoga class.
We have a limited number of child-sized yoga mats available for use on a first-come, first-served basis. Children and parents are also welcome to bring and use their own mats. Parents may choose to use a mat for comfort while sitting on the ground by their child.
Classes are geared toward children ages 2–5. Registration is required for each child (no adult fee). Every child must be accompanied by an adult.
