NPN Presents: MULTIPLES GROUP – STORYTIME @ LINCOLN PARK ZOO (FARM IN THE ZOO)
Meet up with other parents of twins, triplets, or more for storytime with Mr. Singer at Lincoln Park Zoo.
Story Time, targeted to children six and younger, employs engaging techniques to teach about the alphabet, numbers, colors and animals. Join Mr. Singer as he performs original songs while the wee ones dance and sing along. Located at the Farm in the Zoo in the yellow farmhouse on Stockton.
This event is open to the public. Michelle will be wearing her blue NPN t-shirt so that we can all find each other.

Spring Start: Soil Preparation and Planting Cool Weather Crops, presented by Green City Market
Green City Market: “The key to a successful organic garden starts with proper soil preparation. Learn the techniques of good soil stewardship including soil aeration and the beneficial use of compost, soil amendments, and organic fertilizers. We will also discuss how to successfully direct seed cool weather crops such as peas, spinach, chard, and radishes.”

Programs are also available for school and summer camp field trips. The Gardens are supervised and planted by Jeanne Pinsof, Green City Market’s Organic Gardener. From April through mid-November, the Edible Garden is open to all, weather permitting, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 10:00am – 1:00pm.”
