Valentine’s Day is supposed to be romantic.  However, we all know that planning for that special day can sometimes sap Cupid’s strength, especially with little ones afoot.  So why not let technology do some of the work?  Here are some free Android apps from AT&T to help keep the sparks flying this Valentine’s Day:

Valentine Scanner: The Valentine Scanner is a finger scanner that determines your chemistry with your significant other.  Enter your name and then place both of your fingers on the scanner button at the same time.  Hold your fingers there until the machine is done scanning.  Then view your chemistry score and feel free to put it to the test!

1800Flowers: A great gift demands great timing.  Even if you’re on the go, you can make sure that your loved one knows how much you care with a special arrangement that can be delivered that same day.  The app is also available for iPhone and BlackBerry users.

Valentine’s Day Fun Facts: This app treats you to interesting facts about Valentine’s Day sure to spur conversation in the right direction.  A selection of famous love quotes can also help you put your feelings into words.

Ways to Say I Love You: Do you still get tongue tied every time you want to tell that someone special just how much he or she means to you?  No worries!  With this app, you’ll find a different and creative way every day to say those three little words.

Urbanspoon: Can’t decide where or what to eat?  Just give your phone a shake and this app suggests restaurants nearby.  Customize your restaurant searches by city, cuisine, and price.  This app is also available for iPhone and BlackBerry users.

Love Poems: Love poetry and social networking were bound to become sweethearts.  This app not only contains thousands of love quotes, but it also helps you craft your own.  You can send the poems as a text message, email, or a tweet.
