Raising children is hard work. It is even tougher when you and your nanny are not on the same page. In this fun and interactive workshop you will learn how to create a cooperative and effective team of adults to care for your children in ways that will nurture healthy development. Emphasis will be placed on effective communication between parents and nannies as well as addressing concerns and problem-solving. In addition, you will learn how to develop a clear and consistent discipline strategy for all adults involved. This workshop makes limit setting simple and easy. We will teach you the “1, 2, 3 Plan for Limit Setting” that is guaranteed to make life smoother for years to come. The plan is so simple that you will be able to share it with your family or nanny.
