We are excited to partner with The Chicago New Moms Group to bring you this educational and support program for first time moms of babies 0-6 months old. It is an excellent opportunity to come together with other new moms who are sharing many similar experiences of new parenthood. Learn and build confidence in your role as a mom both from each other and through the educational discussions.
Date: Wednesdays, February 22 – March 28th. This is a 6 week group
All groups are facilitated by Linda Szmulewitz, a licensed clinical social worker with a wealth of experience working with new moms. You will also benefit from Linda’s experience in Sleep Consulting. She runs Sleep Tight Consultants where she works with parents to develop a gentle sleep program specifically tailored to your parenting style and your children’s individual needs.
