GRASP groups offer a chance to socialize with other moms while learning important parenting tips and mommy self-esteem boosters from a clinical therapist (Alison) and a child development specialist (Sara). Weekly topics range from handling transitions of mommy hood such as returning to work or staying at home, how to support your child’s development, reconnecting with your significant other, and effective parenting techniques (i.e. those terrible twos do not have to be terrible!). GRASP group’s 8-week time frame allows moms to really get to know each other in a warm, friendly environment.
These groups meet on Thursdays from Jan 19th to March 8.
$280 for an 8-week group
The infant group meets at 9:45 to 10:45 am.
The toddler group meets at 10:45 to 11:45
