Friends of the Chicago River: “Please do not miss the 20th anniversary celebration of this remarkable event with Chicago River Day 20/20, 20 days of events and activities between between April 23 and May 12 that commemorate this milestone and get people involved. There is something for everybody so scroll through the calendar of 20/20 events and see what you can do.”
What: “Activities include litter pick-up, sort for recycling, invasive species removal, trail maintenance, planting native seeds, water quality testing, river-focused art projects, and more.”
When: Saturday, May 12 @ 9:00am-12:00pm
